Managed end-to-end operations on Edunext ERP for a 2,000+ student, 120+ staff institution, including admissions, TC issuance, fee collection, expenditure, store management, and campus security. Oversaw an annual budget exceeding ₹12 crore with direct accountability for fee revenue and expenditure management, and led government and regulatory liaison.

Founded and independently ran a training center, owning full P&L, marketing, operations, and resource planning with sole accountability for business performance. Set up and stabilized the center from the ground up, building admissions, delivery, and revenue-generation processes.

Led end-to-end operations for international client training programs, coordinating client and vendor relationships, training calendars, and trainer/resource allocation. Achieved a 9/10 client satisfaction rating and consistently met revenue-generation targets.
