What I'm looking for
I lead school centers with a clear focus on setting the school’s vision and culture, developing age-appropriate curriculum, and ensuring child safety and security. I bring “striking dynamism and undying zeal” to consistently drive outstanding execution from day to day.
As HR & Admin Head (April 2020-1st feb 2025), I supported school management across finance, human resource management, estate management, and general administration. I managed budgeting and financial control, supervised procurement and inventory/assets, oversaw recruitment and onboarding, and strengthened employee engagement through conferences, workshops, and an active appraisal process.
Previously, as an HR & Administrative Role (Jan 2018-Feb 2020) and HR Executive (July 2017-December 2017), I built a strong operational foundation in record keeping, payroll preparation support, policy creation, training development, and employee relations. Across roles, I monitor attendance/leave/clock-ins, resolve conflicts, maintain employee relations, and coordinate effectively with HO to ensure compliance with educational regulations.
