I’m an HR & Operations Head and MBA graduate specializing in Marketing and HR, with hands-on experience in HR and administrative operations. I focus on building structured HR systems that help institutions hire, onboard, and manage teams smoothly.

Since 2023, I’ve led HR and operations for Lead Global School, managing recruitment for approximately 70–80 employees and conducting 5–10 interviews per week. I handle onboarding, HR records, and HR & admin operations for 200+ staff, coordinating departments and workflows across multiple teams.

In parallel, I serve as Managing Director at Leap Up Consultancy (2024–Present), where I lead business development and client acquisition, design operational strategies for institutions, and maintain strong client relationships. I also bring training impact through my work as a Leadership Trainer & Speaker, conducting leadership and communication sessions and facilitating workshops and training modules.

Alongside my operations work, I’ve built leadership experience through roles such as Zone Vice President and Zone Director PR & Marketing with JCI India Zone 28, President of JCI Palakkad Lead College, Vice President of an IEEE Student Chapter, and Governing Board Member roles. I’m also proud to be an India Book of Records holder and Most Outstanding President—proof of my drive to deliver results and lead with consistency.
