What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior production/operations role in mission-critical banking systems where I can own P1–P4 incident response, strengthen monitoring/observability, and use automation (Jenkins/Ansible) to improve MTTR and release reliability.

I’m a Production Support Specialist with 6+ years of experience supporting mission-critical banking and financial applications across Oracle, Unix/Linux, WebLogic, and WebSphere environments. I focus on application stability by owning incidents end-to-end and driving faster, more reliable operations.

I handle P1–P4 incidents with strong ITIL execution—incident triage, SLA management, RCA, problem tickets, and change requests—using ServiceNow. In my current role, I reduced MTTR by 30% through proactive monitoring and faster RCA, while supporting 24x7 critical banking applications with 99.9% uptime and 100+ monthly production incidents.

I’m hands-on with deployment support, release validation, environment checks, rollback activities, and JVM/server health monitoring. I also troubleshoot middleware issues on WebLogic and WebSphere, perform complex SQL analysis for production issue diagnosis, and support Unix/Linux operational activities like log analysis and batch job troubleshooting.

I’ve complemented operations with DevOps & automation practices, working with Jenkins pipelines and Ansible automation for operational activities. I also build observability workflows with Geneos and Grafana, and I’m expanding my cloud and CI/CD exposure through Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure foundations.
