I am a customer support professional with experience delivering exceptional service in international hospitality environments. Currently working at Hyatt Place Zurich Airport, I assist guests from all over the world, resolve complex requests, communicate across multiple channels, and consistently provide a high-quality customer experience.

My background combines customer service, operations, team collaboration, and problem-solving. As Assistant Manager at Wild Bowls, I coordinated daily operations, trained team members, managed inventory, and ensured smooth business performance in a fast-paced environment.

I enjoy helping people, building trust, and finding practical solutions. I adapt quickly to new software, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues alike.
