What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Operations within an international, technology-driven company.

At Hilton, Marriott, and PortAventura, I managed customer interactions in high-occupancy, international hospitality environments. I coordinated daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, and handled reservations, group bookings, and customer incidents through resolution.

At Grup Documental de la Memòria, I interviewed clients and shaped their experiences into written narratives while preserving their individual voices. I’ve also trained in UX/UI Design and Data Analytics, and I’m looking to bring my customer experience and operations background to an international, technology-driven company.
