I’m a highly organized and hardworking professional who’s looking for a responsible position where I can gain practical experience, use my interpersonal skills, and help achieve company goals centered on customer satisfaction and customer experience.

In my recent roles as a Chat Support Executive, I focus on clear contact between an organization and its clients—answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products. I also support growth by demonstrating and presenting products, establishing new business, and maintaining accurate records.

Alongside customer support, I build value with data-focused work. I’ve trained and been recognized as a Data Analyst through PAF IT ACADEMY, and I work with tools and methods like Power BI, SQL, and machine learning/business intelligence; I also run AB Insider, delivering the latest news and trending analysis for forex, stocks, and cryptocurrency. I’ve complemented this with computer operator experience, including data processing according to schedules and backup procedures to reduce data-loss risk.

I bring structured learning from a 6-week internship with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority across departments (Commercial, Cargo, HR, and ATC). That experience strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, follow documented processes, and communicate professionally across different operational areas.
