What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote-friendly IT support or cybersecurity-focused role where I can troubleshoot systems, support users, document resolutions, strengthen security controls, and continue growing across networking, cloud, and security tools.

I've supported reliable day-to-day IT operations at Overbury, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues while configuring LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, remote desktop, virtual machine, and cloud/hybrid environments. I also help maintain cybersecurity controls including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption, and assist with security incident investigation and root-cause analysis.

Previously at GXO Logistics and as a freelance technical support consultant, I resolved desktop, laptop, printer, network, and peripheral issues for staff and clients. I document resolutions clearly, coordinate with vendors, train users on system changes and best practices, and bring a customer-focused approach to remote and on-site support.
