I’m looking for a remote role where I can deliver reliable IT support, troubleshoot quickly, and help strengthen organizational security through hands-on cybersecurity and Linux/network best practices.

I’m a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience across cybersecurity, Linux system administration, and computer networking. I’m skilled at remote troubleshooting, supporting users through technical issues, and securing systems by applying practical security workflows like vulnerability scanning and log analysis.

In my lab and practice work, I used Nmap to identify open ports and risks, analyzed network traffic with Wireshark to detect anomalies, and simulated attack scenarios in a controlled environment. I also installed and configured Linux systems (Ubuntu, Kali), managed users and permissions, monitored system logs, and resolved performance and connectivity issues—always with a strong focus on stable, secure operations.
