I’m a results-driven healthcare patient services professional with experience in healthcare administration, finance operations, and fast-paced customer support. I focus on precision—using EMR proficiency, HIPAA compliance, and accurate data handling to protect clinical integrity.

In my current role, I manage high-volume inbound communications, resolve patient and provider inquiries, and streamline access to care through appointment scheduling and prescription management. I also perform rigorous insurance verification and coordinate multi-office referrals to expedite patient care processes.
