The role involves managing the end-to-end invoicing and collections process, establishing and implementing the Billing Playbook, driving the collections process, and partnering with Engineering and Product to ensure usage data is captured and reported into our billing systems accurately.
Requirements

- Serve as the escalation point for complex billing inquiries
