We're looking for a Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) to join our team. As a champion for Zip, you'll help prospects understand how our application delivers value to their organization and translate their needs to our post-sales solutions consultants. You'll be a subject matter expert on our solution's capabilities and roadmap, and contribute to our sales efforts by supporting customer-facing conversations and delivering feedback to help us grow and evolve.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of mid-market B2B solutioning experience in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to appeal and tailor messaging to cross-functional audiences of varying organization levels
- Business and process acumen
- Strong solution selling skills
- Excellent discovery skills
- Knowledge of key principles of software integration
- Has a strong solutioning mindset
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues
- Self-starter and quickly able to grasp new technology
