Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, with a proven track record building and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience working with microservices architectures, including designing, developing, and decomposing monolithic systems into modular, API-driven services.
- Proven experience as a hands-on Python/Django engineer with strong ownership and delivery focus.
- Deep understanding of backend systems design, scalability, and modular architectures.
- Solid experience integrating and optimizing AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3) in development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Architectural awareness and ability to contribute to long-term platform strategy.
