IncWorx Consulting is a boutique Microsoft consulting firm helping organizations automate processes and innovate with Power Platform and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. We’re growing fast, and we need a hungry team member to help us cultivate and close down big deals.


What’s in it for you?

  • Base Salary: $75K–$100K
  • Uncapped Commission
  • OTE: $200K+
  • Sell impactful solutions with average deal sizes of $50K and projects ranging from $100K–$200K+.

Your Mission

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, uncover pain points, and close.
  • Build consultative relationships with business and IT leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for business process automation and digital transformation.
  • Partner with delivery teams to scope and position solutions.
  • Crush revenue targets and celebrate big wins.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years in consultative technology sales.
  • Proven success in selling professional services or technical consulting.
  • Experience with a mid-size consulting firm ($15M+ revenue).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft solutions (Power Platform, M365, Azure).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to uncover client needs.
  • Bonus: Started as a BDR and grew into AE as the company scaled.
