IT Project ManagerWhat You'll Bring:
This role is a member of the Cybersecurity Enablement team and will interact with teams throughout Information Security and across both domestic and international business units. This role will be responsible for:
- Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements in reference to scheduled projects.
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for participants required for specific projects or initiatives.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed on schedule and budget.
- Arrange agendas and schedules for meetings between all of the individuals who will be contributing to initiatives.
- Assign and oversee deliverables of technical personnel while ensuring all participants are actively working toward established milestones.
- Facilitate regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and project issues.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Present progress and project status to management and other interested parties.
- Assist with coordination of project-related change requests.
- Participate as a scrum team member using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices.
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Help service owners, development, operations and engineering teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, Project Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology; ideally in a fast-paced, service-oriented, multinational environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Familiarity and experience working with Agile and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Broad familiarity of common information security, information technology and cloud services terms and concepts.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) terms and concepts.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder-focused with strong attention to quality and detail.
- Energetic, self-motivated and resourceful.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
- Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement

- Proven experience with Microsoft productivity tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Candidates with certifications in Project Management (PMP, SAFe); Information Security (CISSP, CISM); or IT Service Management (ITIL) will be given additional consideration.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
