United States onlySuperside is looking for a AI Creative Lead, dedicated to transforming and elevating creative processes through the integration of Generative AI. In this innovative role, you will be at the intersection of creativity and technology, tasked with the mission to enhance efficiency, creativity, and innovation across our advertising services.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director of Craft and Productivity, you will be instrumental in pioneering AI tool testing, finding new AI integrations, and optimizing workflows for peak productivity.
What You'll Do
- Test, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools to streamline content creation and automate workflows, enhancing productivity
- Refine and manage creative templates and resources, ensuring they leverage AI for increased efficiency and dynamism
- Conduct training sessions and development programs focused on the effective use of AI in digital advertising, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to identify AI solutions for productivity challenges, enhancing efficiency and creative output across the organization
- Implement new processes, plug-ins, integrations, and more to increase creative craft across our ad solutions
- Automate and standardize repetitive tasks within Figma and After Effects to enable creativity, utilizing AI where possible
- Assess the impact of AI integrations on the quality of creative output and team productivity, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Gather insights and input on AI tool effectiveness, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Monitor and report on industry trends in AI and creative technologies, ensuring Superside remains at the forefront of digital advertising innovation
- Support the tracking and reporting of Productivity and provide insights to the data across each service
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Proven track record of designing, rolling out, and training efficiency improvements from the use of templates, tools or integration of AI within creative workflows
- Advanced experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and MidJourney
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders with ease
- A strong commitment to mentoring and skill development, capable of inspiring creativity and innovation within the team
- A data-driven, structured and action-oriented work approach
- Technical skills with the ability to implement plug-ins, templates, integrations, scripts or other forms of automation into Superside’s ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable AI-driven creative strategies
- Exceptional English communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders
- A forward-thinking mindset, with a constant drive to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI in the creative domain
- A solid understanding of Dynamic Creative Optimization, Real-Time Marketing tools and Automation platforms such as Bannerflow, Storyteq, Canva, Celtra, Smartly etc

- As we’re adopting AI in our creative processes, we need to assess the impact of our AI integrations, especially on the quality side - ensuring it’s at the standard of traditional design routes. This means creating feedback mechanisms in order to measure the satisfaction and effectiveness of AI among our creatives and analyzing those insights to then guide further development.
