Your mission will be to create compelling, high-impact campaigns and resources that effectively communicate the value of our AI solutions and inspire our target audience to become curious, trust, and connect with the Thoughtful AI brand.

Role Overview

As a key player in our marketing team, your role will center on designing and implementing visual solutions that inspire and build trust around the value Thoughtful AI's solutions bring to the healthcare industry. Your efforts will play a crucial role in our overall success, driving brand awareness and ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare administration.

Core Objectives

Marketing Design and Branding:

• Develop and maintain Thoughtful AI's visual identity across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand vision.
• Lead the design of digital marketing assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, and sales enablement materials.
• Manage design freelancers to scale yourself and ensure high quality asset production.
• Continually push the boundaries experimenting with bold new concepts and approaches to our visual aesthetic.

Creative Campaigns:

• Lead the creative for our marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, that drive engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to develop visual content that supports our strategic initiatives and enhances our storytelling efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Customer Engineering, to ensure design efforts are comprehensive and aligned with overall business objectives.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to plan strategies, review progress, and integrate feedback into design practices.

Scale Our Design Function

• Manage design freelancers to scale yourself and ensure speedy high-quality asset production.
• Develop design systems and brand guidelines that enable continued scale and speed of creative assets.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in design, with a proven track record of designing marketing experiences.
• Creative Visionary: Ability to craft and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or the Adobe suite.
• Exceptional Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting your ability to create impactful and visually stunning work.
• Communicative Clarity: Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling visual messages for a variety of audiences.
• Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to evaluate design effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed.
• Adaptability: Agile and responsive to the dynamic nature of the design environment, with a can-do attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
