Challenge
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join one of our product assessment teams, contributing to both new feature development and the maintenance of critical systems. The team collaborates closely with PMs, Product Designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver scalable and reliable user-facing solutions.
This role involves adapting to evolving processes, handling ambiguity with confidence, and operating in a more structured and cross-functional engineering environment. The successful candidate will balance hands-on development with strategic decision-making, helping shape solutions that are clean, maintainable, and impactful.
What you'll do
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust .NET services and scalable APIs.
  • Build responsive and accessible front-end interfaces with React and TypeScript.
  • Write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code using modern engineering practices.
  • Develop new product features while also supporting and evolving existing systems.
  • Work collaboratively with PMs, designers, QA engineers, and peer developers.
  • Adapt to a maturing development culture with more defined processes.
  • Participate in design/code reviews, technical planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Demonstrate ownership, proactive learning, and a strong sense of responsibility in a distributed environment.
  • Help reduce technical debt and improve code quality across the codebase.
In order to succeed in this position, you will need:
Mandatory skills
  • Strong experience with .NET (C#) for backend development.
  • Solid knowledge of React and front-end development practices.
  • Ability to operate at a senior level: autonomy, proactive communication, and team alignment.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and navigating structured, evolving processes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to ambiguity.
  • Fluent English reading and writing skills.
  • Experience working in distributed, remote teams.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Python (legacy systems only; not the focus of this role).
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS (SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, Rekognition).
  • Background in microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker), test automation, or DevOps practices.
