Houst, a leader in the property technology sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner to drive our financial strategy and optimise operational performance. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of our finance team, collaborating closely with various departments across the organisation to provide financial insight, analysis, and strategic guidance. You will play a critical role in supporting decision-making processes, driving business performance, and ensuring financial sustainability.

  • Partner with Senior Leadership and stakeholders to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with Senior Leadership to monitor performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Identify cost optimisation opportunities and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support on special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced qualifications such as MBA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse complex data and communicate insights effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
