⭐About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Partnerships to lead our new franchise division from Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the growth of our franchise business by managing existing franchise partners in the region, cultivating new relationships, and establishing a high-performing partnership team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in franchise management, business development, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner/franchise growth strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure their success
  • Manage the financial performance of the Houst Partnership division, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives to support partnership growth
  • Establish and maintain partner policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Build and manage a high-performing partnership team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure team members achieve their goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in franchise management or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets and managing costs to ensure profitability
  • Proficient in adopting a versatile approach, comfortable collaborating with a wide array of partners, and skilled at adjusting to various contexts and demands.
  • Demonstrated success in effectively leading high-performing teams and individuals.
  • Experience and expertise in partner policies and procedures, ensuring thorough compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
