Deel is a leading payroll and HR platform for global teams. As a Senior HR Implementation Manager, you will lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel's suite of HR products. You will oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients' HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR data migration experience
- 2+ years in HR implementation or customer success
- Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively
- Experience with change management in enterprise settings
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Proficient in HR systems and related tools
- Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
