The company is seeking a Pre-Sales Delivery Consultant to play a critical role in ensuring global payroll customers transition from sales to implementation with clarity, confidence, and delivery readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll, payroll implementation, or payroll operations
- Strong understanding of multi-country payroll complexity and compliance
- Experience leading or supporting payroll discovery, onboarding, or implementation projects
- Ability to run structured, high-impact client discovery sessions
- Excellent documentation and handover discipline
- Confidence to raise risks and challenge assumptions constructively
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Payroll, and Implementation
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Notion, and project tracking tools
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
