Pre-Sales Delivery Consultant

Deel is a software company that provides an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The company is seeking a Pre-Sales Delivery Consultant to play a critical role in ensuring global payroll customers transition from sales to implementation with clarity, confidence, and delivery readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll, payroll implementation, or payroll operations
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll complexity and compliance
• Experience leading or supporting payroll discovery, onboarding, or implementation projects
• Ability to run structured, high-impact client discovery sessions
• Excellent documentation and handover discipline
• Confidence to raise risks and challenge assumptions constructively
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Payroll, and Implementation
• Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Notion, and project tracking tools
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
