Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for clients. The role involves leading and managing the full payroll implementation process, ensuring clients' data is accurately transferred and systems are properly configured. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance, experience with payroll systems and software, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated location
- Experience with payroll systems and software
- Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
