Workday Associate Project Manager (Mexico)

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Workday HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll or PM Certification (Required)

• Fluent in English (Required)

• 1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required)

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)

• Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification/experience (Preferred)

• Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred)

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skills

• Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred

• Travel 25%-45% at client request

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Manage all aspects of Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services projects including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and project related activities for customers and project teams related to Workday implementations.

• Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work

• Manage projects in the Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials product suite

• Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and planned

• Work with the clients’ project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames

• Maintain projects’ Workday Scorecard in accordance with Workday requirements

• Work with TopBloc Project Managers on management of all aspects of medium and large enterprise implementations

• Lead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s Postproduction services team

• Advise clients on Workday best practices

• Attend and successfully complete Workday Certification

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
