As a Payroll Expert, you will serve as a regional subject matter expert, owning end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries or regions. This role requires deep technical expertise in local payroll regulations, systems implementation, and vendor management.
Requirements
- Evaluate and select relevant software for running payroll
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll in your region
- Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports
- Own all critical local payroll and HR processes
- Schedule payroll expenses collections and reconcile collections to expenses
- Assess and improve rapid growth processes and procedures
- Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policies changes
- Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll and HR matters
- Answer complex payroll and HR related questions
