As a Payroll Expert, you will serve as a regional subject matter expert, owning end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries or regions. This role requires deep technical expertise in local payroll regulations, systems implementation, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Evaluate and select relevant software for running payroll
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll in your region
• Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports
• Own all critical local payroll and HR processes
• Schedule payroll expenses collections and reconcile collections to expenses
• Assess and improve rapid growth processes and procedures
• Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policies changes
• Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll and HR matters
• Answer complex payroll and HR related questions
