Deel is seeking a Partner & Benefits Accountant to manage accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes related to partner programs and benefits offerings. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams, as well as direct interaction with external partners across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
- Experience supporting financial close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, product, partnerships, and operations teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners and stakeholders
