As the Associate Customer Success, you'll build genuine and durable customer relationships, provide strategic guidance, and drive revenue growth. You'll be the face and voice of Deel for clients, internally and externally, and an internal advocate for clients to facilitate business expansion with Deel.
Requirements
- Manage and foster relationships with client accounts
- Build relationships and strategically navigate clients through their experience journey
- Train clients on Deel processes and the Deel platform
- Lead client interactions with product adoption and future growth in mind
- Strengthen relationships with accounts, solve challenges, and eliminate churn
- Become a trusted partner to accounts, understand their business needs, and build solutions to their problems
- Collaborate with the growth and support organisation to help Deel grow
- Be a strong advocate for Deel and the voice of the customer, sharing insights with Revenue and product teams
