I'm looking to manage strategic international B2B client portfolios, strengthen customer adoption and retention, and partner cross-functionally to improve service quality, operational reliability, and client satisfaction.

I've managed strategic international B2B client portfolios across France, EMEA, and MENA, overseeing onboarding, reporting, contracts, billing follow-up, and post-deployment operations. I work as the key interface between clients and Sales, Product, Support, Finance, Technical, and Delivery teams.

In SaaS, pharma, healthcare, retail, CPG, and luxury environments, I've used Salesforce and HubSpot to manage requests, resolve complex issues, monitor KPIs, and deliver Success Plans, QBRs, and steering committees. My work has supported an average retention rate of approximately 97%, renewal rates of approximately 95%, and churn reduction of up to 90% for at-risk accounts.
