I've managed business software client relationships end-to-end as a freelance Client Solutions Consultant, from requirements gathering and onboarding through delivery, account health, and expansion.

I grew a distribution client engagement beyond its original scope through consultative check-ins, including per-client catalogues and pricing, multi-entity order handling, and an analytics dashboard. When an ERP integration risked churn, I assessed the underlying need, challenged unnecessary scope, and repriced the engagement to retain the account and protect delivery quality.

I've also onboarded and launched clients including The Jam Zone music academy and ExportForExport, serving as their independent point of contact throughout. My Arabic and English client support helps make products usable and accurate for non-English-first audiences.

Earlier, I supported BOM data alignment across SAP and Teamcenter at Beko Egypt and handled high-volume customer cases in Salesforce at Teleperformance. I'm available immediately for remote, US-friendly independent contractor work across US business hours.
