I’m looking to enhance my professional skills, capabilities, and knowledge in an organization that values hard work and trust, and gives me responsibilities and challenges where I can use my customer service and sales abilities.

I’m a brand ambassador who actively promotes student accommodation services by engaging prospective students, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable options. At South Point Student Accommodation, I confidently explained features, pricing, and benefits, processed bookings using the Online Booking System (OBS), and responded promptly to enquiries face to face.

I’m driven by customer satisfaction and solve problems professionally, turning concerns into positive brand experiences. I’m currently studying Business management (N4, N5, N6) at Central Johannesburg College and bring strong communication, negotiation, upselling and cross-selling, and disciplined time management to every responsibility I’m given.
