What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service and client support professional who helps teams deliver clear, helpful solutions across sales, healthcare, and telecom accounts. I aim to combine strong communication with problem-solving so customers feel supported from first contact to resolution.
In recent roles, I’ve worked as an Opener Outbound caller and continued supporting customer outcomes through technical support and customer service assignments. At IQOR (Santa Rosa), I handled outbound calling (WFH), and at Allsectech (Manila) I supported T-Mobile as a Customer Service Representative.
