Right now, I’m running day-to-day site operations for a 250pax fast-paced office in the CBD, handling standards through multiple daily walkthroughs and coordinating meeting room, day office, and lounge bookings. I manage service requests end-to-end, oversee vendors for maintenance and security, and ensure smooth mail handling, secure storage, courier arrangements, and on-time payments. I also focus heavily on client experience—welcoming guests, resolving enquiries, and supporting pre onboarding and onboarding with access cards and welcome packs.
Before this, I led F&B operations as an F&B Manager, managing bar and FOH cleanliness, weekly inventory checks, daily inspections for cleaning and defects, and planning repairs during non-peak periods. I worked with the chef on monthly F&B strategy based on customer feedback, helped build a customer-first team culture, and created fun, engaging events to drive retention.
