What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve customer issues, manage high-volume support queues, collaborate across teams, and help customers succeed in a fast-paced, remote, or digital-first environment.

I've supported customers at United Bank for Africa, PulseBet Nigeria, MINISO Nigeria, and Guaranty Trust Bank across banking, retail, phone, and digital channels.

At UBA, I handle more than 70 customer interactions daily, resolving account enquiries, transaction issues, complaints, and service requests while documenting every interaction in CRM systems. I escalate complex cases, follow through to resolution, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to improve customer experience.

I've maintained detailed customer records, guided customers through registration and account processes, supported onboarding and account maintenance, and followed KYC procedures.
