I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my technical skills while fostering team collaboration and customer success.

I am a dedicated Solutions Architect with a strong background in technology integration and training. My journey began with a passion for learning new technologies, which I leveraged to create effective solutions for diverse business needs. Over time, I evolved my role to include developing training materials for sales and support teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to assist our clients effectively.

At Simple Innovations Group, I lead multiple enterprise device security and MDM integration projects, collaborating closely with customer IT teams to deploy solutions and resolve technical issues efficiently. My previous experience as an Installer, Trainer, and Support Specialist at Action Technologies Group allowed me to hone my skills in guiding customers through product installation and providing ongoing tech support, which I find immensely rewarding.
