Previously, I led Amazon Connect and generative AI workshops and hands-on labs for SMB customers, including Amazon Bedrock. My work contributed to a $46.1M pipeline, sustained 4.6+ CSAT scores, and included enterprise Bedrock workshops for strategic customers such as Trend Micro.
I also mentor Solutions Architects, create technical documentation used by 500+ readers, and deliver AWS education to university students. I contribute to Gen AI initiatives through SWAT team membership and Bedrock Agents GitHub repository development.
Before AWS, I managed AAA mobile games at Com2uS, built reporting systems and email scripts across 16 languages, and resolved high-volume customer and technical issues. Across cloud, gaming, marketing, and nonprofit operations, I bring a customer-focused approach to complex technical problems, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
