What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead ServiceNow architecture, CMDB/CSDM governance, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled service management for enterprise platforms with long-term strategic impact.

At CloudPires, I lead ServiceNow architecture and solution design for federal and commercial enterprises across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB. I govern CSDM 4.x-aligned CMDB structures and lead Agentic AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence implementations for service workflows.

Previously at Infocenter and Cask NX, I delivered ITSM, Service Catalog, SPM, Discovery, Service Mapping, custom applications, workflow automation, and REST/SOAP integrations. I build maintainable solutions with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Builder, Service Portal, and ATF.

I also advise stakeholders on platform strategy, lead architecture reviews and code reviews, mentor developers, and establish governance standards that support secure, scalable, long-term platform health.
