What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture and delivery, advancing AI-driven automation, platform governance, integrations, security operations, and scalable service workflows while mentoring technical teams.

At GlideFast Consulting, I lead a team of 10 ServiceNow developers delivering enterprise platform architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SPM, ITAM, and SecOps initiatives. I define governance, multi-instance strategy, domain separation, upgrades, performance optimization, CSDM-aligned CMDB architecture, and scalable integrations across identity, cloud, and observability platforms.

Previously, I built ServiceNow solutions for Capgemini clients and supported GAP's internal retail platform. I enjoy turning complex service, security, and employee workflows into practical solutions using AI Agents, Now Assist, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, DevSecOps pipelines, and hands-on technical leadership.
