What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can apply my product, technical support, retention, and B2B service experience while continuing to develop my communication and problem-solving skills.

I support customers across residential, mobile, product, technical, and retention services. At Bell Canada through Cnexia, I handle every aspect of Residential and Mobile services as a Retention/Product Specialist.

Previously, I progressed from Coffee/Product Specialist to Machine/Tech Specialist on the Nespresso Canada project, and from B2C Advisor/Agent to B2B Advisor/Agent for WiFirst Europe. I bring customer service, communication, troubleshooting, analysis, and strong attention to detail.
