I am a customer support and MIS professional with hands-on experience in payments reporting, database updates, and backend document verification. I combine strong administrative discipline with technical skills in MS Office and Adobe design tools.

I worked as an MIS Executive at Indiabulls 'Dhani' where I prepared payments collection reports, updated payments in the database, and produced attendance and field-executive reports. Later, I served as an Associate at AJ Mohan and Associates focused on backend document verification for HDFC Bank account openings.

Currently, I am working at Tech Mahindra as a Customer Support Executive handling chat processes, and I am pursuing an MBA from DU SOL to deepen my business and management knowledge. I also completed a graphic designing course from MAAC, Delhi, which complements my technical toolset.

I bring advanced computer proficiency, a detail-oriented approach to operational tasks, and a creative toolkit (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Corel Draw) that supports both reporting and visual communication. I am motivated to contribute to organized, growth-oriented teams where I can apply analytics and design skills.
