I’m an efficient B.Com graduate currently pursuing an MBA, and I’ve built my foundation through 1 year of customer-facing work supporting Roche Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Diabetes Care process and payroll.

At Tech Mahindra, I managed end-to-end customer support and resolved complex client queries by combining multilingual communication with in-depth technical product knowledge. I’m comfortable handling high-volume client interactions while maintaining strict quality standards and accuracy in reporting.

I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery timelines and workflow efficiency. To keep things measurable, I maintained daily performance logs and data trackers using MS Excel to support management reporting.

Beyond customer support, I strengthen my domain skills with training in Tally ERP and GST compliance, including accounting and inventory management. With my focus on critical thinking, accountability, and time management, I’m eager to bring reliable service and clear reporting to a team that values accuracy and continuous improvement.
