What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support role where I can apply technical problem-solving and multilingual communication, while producing accurate MS Excel-based reporting. I want a team focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial software processes.

I’m an efficient B.Com graduate currently pursuing an MBA, and I’ve built my foundation through 1 year of customer-facing work supporting Roche Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Diabetes Care process and payroll.

At Tech Mahindra, I managed end-to-end customer support and resolved complex client queries by combining multilingual communication with in-depth technical product knowledge. I’m comfortable handling high-volume client interactions while maintaining strict quality standards and accuracy in reporting.

I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery timelines and workflow efficiency. To keep things measurable, I maintained daily performance logs and data trackers using MS Excel to support management reporting.

Beyond customer support, I strengthen my domain skills with training in Tally ERP and GST compliance, including accounting and inventory management.
