What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client support/customer success role where I can own customer issues end-to-end using CRM tools, deliver strong CSAT, and apply troubleshooting and documentation skills—comfortable with remote work and night shifts for US processes.

I’m a client support associate focused on customer satisfaction, clear communication, and fast resolution. In my current role at HDFC Bank, I manage customer accounts and resolve queries via calls and emails while handling high-volume support requests with accuracy, maintaining CRM records, and preparing reports.

Previously at ICICI Bank, I supported customers with account issues, ensured KYC compliance, and resolved discrepancies while keeping CRM records and communication organized. I’ve also worked in customer support at Jio Store and Tata Sky—handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving issues within TAT, and supporting a positive customer experience through strong documentation and knowledge-base habits.
