I’m a results-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in financial services and customer account management at Shriram Finance. I focus on accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication while keeping customer payment status and records consistent.

In my role, I managed payment-related records, updated transaction and customer data in internal systems, and verified account details to resolve discrepancies. I coordinated with customers regarding dues and payment updates, ensuring issue resolution was handled carefully and professionally.

I also built reporting discipline into my work by assisting in generating reports and maintaining organized records for business operations. I collaborated with internal teams to improve customer service and data accuracy, with a strong attention to data validation and documentation.

Beyond operations, I’m developing my data skills through Data Analytics Portfolio Projects—Excel KPI dashboards, SQL queries for extraction and analysis, Power BI data visualization, and Python basics for cleaning and analysis. I’m now seeking roles in Data Analyst, MIS Executive, Reporting Analyst, or Operations Analyst to combine domain knowledge with analytics and reporting.
