What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can deliver excellent service, communicate effectively, build customer relationships, and continue developing my administrative, digital marketing, and account management skills.

I've provided direct customer service to more than 1,000 customers over 10 years, including as a freelance Customer Service professional at Rama-Sinta, where I deliver relaxation massage, body scrubs, and facial treatments in customers' homes.
