I’m looking to grow strategic accounts in digital trust and IT solutions, owning sales strategy and complex RFP cycles. I want a role where I can partner with pre-sales and influence CIO-level decision-making.

Senior key account sales professional with more than 8 years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions and digital trust services. As a Key Account Manager, I support strategic accounts on digital trust topics and outsourced management of mail and digital flows.

At Docaposte, I develop a portfolio of strategic banking and insurance accounts across digital trust, IT services, and document AI offerings. I define the sales strategy, execute commercial actions, and manage the account plan against an annual target of EUR 3.5M, delivering an average achievement of 120% over 3 years.

I’m comfortable leading complex sales cycles—RFP responses, demonstrations, and proposal defenses—with close collaboration between commercial teams and pre-sales. I also built strong commercial and technical foundations earlier as an Inside Sales Advisor in insurance, where I advised, negotiated, and closed contracts in a demanding B2C environment.
