What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a collaborative remote team where I can provide proactive executive support, streamline operations, and help leaders achieve their goals.

With over 10 years of experience supporting executives, founders, and growing organizations.

I believe that behind every thriving CEO, founder, and growing business is an Executive Assistant working quietly behind the scenes protecting their time, bringing order to the chaos, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks. That's more than a job to me, it's work I'm genuinely passionate about.

Running a business comes with constant demands. Between meetings, emails, competing priorities, and unexpected challenges, it's easy for administrative work to take over your day. My role is to give you that time back by creating structure, staying ahead of priorities, and ensuring the details are handled before they become distractions.

I don't measure success by the number of tasks I complete. I measure it by the peace of mind I give my clients. When your calendar runs smoothly, your inbox is organized, your projects keep moving, and you know someone is looking ahead on your behalf, you can focus on leading your business with confidence.

Throughout my career, I've supported leaders across nonprofit, faith-based, and business environments, managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, organizing travel, preparing reports, documenting action items, improving workflows, and supporting day-to-day operations. I pride myself on being proactive, dependable, and adaptable, whether I'm working independently or as part of a team.

I'm proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, Asana, Slack, Canva, HubSpot, and other productivity tools, and I enjoy learning new systems that help businesses operate more efficiently.

The best Assistant isn't the one who waits to be told what to do. It's the one who anticipates needs, solves problems before they grow, communicates clearly, and becomes a trusted partner behind the scenes.

If you're looking for someone who will protect your time, simplify your operations, and support your vision with professionalism and care, I'd love the opportunity to be part of your journey.
