Yewande Kuku

Over the past six years, I’ve worked in a range of customer-facing roles across digital marketing, real-estate and the non-profit sector. In this time, I developed a strong track record of building trust, solving problems, and creating positive, measurable outcomes for customers and I am excited to apply these strengths in the tech space.

What drives me is helping customers succeed with a product or service, ensuring they not only see the value, but keep coming back because the experience is seamless, supportive, and impactful. I understand how critical customer success is to a company’s overall goals and I want to be part of a team that takes that seriously.

In my recent role as a Customer Relationship Manager at Yell UK, I provided technical customer support and utilized the SAP R/3 ticketing system to manage inquiries effectively. I also delivered product demonstrations and 1:1 training sessions to educate customers on how to maximise the value they got from using our products. An achievement I am particularly proud of, was being recognized as a top performer, securing over 25% of the revenue target for my team in Q3 of 2023/2024. Similarly, my previous experience as a Client Relationship & Acquisition Agent at City Gate Homes UK allowed me to develop and implement customer journey maps, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the property acquisition process. 

Whilst I might not have a traditional SaaS background, I have transferable skills and I am ready to learn and adapt very quickly. I’m looking for a team that values people who take initiative, are hungry to learn, and genuinely care about helping customers succeed.
