As a Business Development Manager, I focus on growing company revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition. My functions include strategic planning, market research, lead generation, client management, sales, collaboration, project management, and training.

I lead and work with the Academic commission of the University, handling HR and personnel functions and planning office budgets for human and physical resources. I also conduct business research, teach, advise graduates, and perform monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting for program performance.

I develop the overall business strategies and policies for the college, fostering partnerships with stakeholders and managing the sustainability of these relationships. My responsibilities include counseling, directing, supervising subordinates, and regularly monitoring, evaluating, learning, and reporting on work progress.
