What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable operations, solve ambiguous business problems, and deliver data-backed strategic recommendations in a cross-functional team.

I'm managing Euonia's live operational panel end to end, coordinating user-to-group and group-to-professional allocations across recurring daily workflows. I also build SOPs, trackers, internal systems, and executive-ready recommendations that improve workflow clarity and support expansion.

Across Sustera, Ever Lasting Fabric, and Soft Pro India, I've conducted market research, built KPI dashboards, coordinated cross-functional work, and improved hiring and onboarding operations. At Ever Lasting Fabric, I led onboarding for 30+ interns and managed 10+ cross-functional tasks and dependencies.

I use Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and structured problem-solving to turn ambiguous business challenges into actionable processes, analysis, and decisions.
