In my recent Production & Operations Executive role, I managed day-to-day operations and production scheduling based on client demand sheets. I used data management and forecasting to strengthen material procurement and inventory control, and I documented SOPs and built tracking matrices for employee KPIs to elevate operational efficiency. I also led internal audits to maintain compliance and reduce operational risk.

Earlier, I led end-to-end customer queries and service issue resolution, while compiling and presenting monthly operational and dispatch performance insights to leadership through data visualization. I also supported inventory data management and stock reconciliations, reducing workflow delays. I’m especially focused on applying generative AI—prompt engineering and automated pipelines—to accelerate reporting, streamline SOP generation, and translate operational data into executive-ready decision support.
