I’ve run operations and SOP governance across healthcare, BFSI, IT services, AI, and digital transformation work. Most recently, I established and maintained SOPs, and I built KPI dashboards and operational reports to improve visibility, efficiency, quality, and compliance.

At NTT DATA, I led enterprise transformation programs with operational governance—implementing Power BI dashboards for KPI reporting and executive decision-making. I also managed risks, budgets, resource utilization, and operational reporting while improving issue resolution through standardized governance and analytics.

Before that, at Trivium Software, I managed multi-project operations for healthcare programs and built KPI dashboards for delivery, quality, capacity, and productivity. I focused on planning, governance, and operational efficiency through process improvements, while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Earlier, at Tech Mahindra, I led large operations teams with SLA compliance. I improved productivity through workforce planning and process optimization, and I monitored operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
